Let's see, there's American Idol judge, actress, musician, mom, dancer...I can go on and on!!! One title that is rarely disputed is Fashion Icon!! Over the years we have been privileged to witness some of the most daring looks come down the red carpet (Hello Grammys in Versace), and it doesn't stop there. 

Glamour, fashion forward, risk taker all come to mind when I think of her red carpet moments, but her on stage appearances are just as hot! Of course on American Idol her clothes were more laid back, but let's be honest they were feminine and eye-catching. Her fashion without a doubt is memorable. Pristine, Clean Cooking

If someone asked me 5 years ago what style kitchen cabinets I prefer, I would have pointed them to something similar to what you see above. And honestly, I can say my taste hasn't diverted too far from that. There's something about dark cabinets that look so rich, especially when paired against a stark white.

Now if you asked me if I love white cabinets 5 years ago, I would have glanced at you with a look of disgust and said "Uh NO!!" But then again I was younger :( and a lot of my taste has changed when it comes to what I'm looking for in a home. Now that white has grown on me, I have begun to appreciate the clean, crisp look.

As a huge (slightly obsessive) fan of the Carters, its only natural that I would use my first post as an excuse to write about them.

When elevator gate opened its doors, Beyonce and Jay-Z became tabloid fodder. (But when are they not?!?)

Of course they have continuously dodged rumors in the past...(Hello surrogate rumors), but this one is different. The Carters have been notoriously protective of their image, making sure nothing was exposed, but the fight on the elevator made everyone question if there was trouble we had all overlooked.
